Our Mission

At Elbow OCD within the ROCK OCD Network we bring together surgeons, researchers, athletic trainers, and rehabilitation specialists who share a deep commitment to understanding and improving osteochondritis dissecans of the elbow. Our work focuses on the unique challenges faced by adolescent athletes where repetitive stress and microtrauma can lead to injury of the capitellum and the overlying cartilage. By uniting national and global expertise we strive to give patients, families, and providers a trusted place to learn and collaborate.

Our mission is to translate complex clinical information into clear guidance that supports real world decision making. We want families to feel informed and supported through every phase of evaluation and care. We want clinicians to have access to the most current findings on diagnosis, treatment, and prevention. Through shared research, education, and open communication the ROCKET team is dedicated to improving outcomes and helping patients return to the sports and activities they love.
